Reado.kids · Reading adventures for children aged 8–14
Read true stories. Crack the questions.
Reado.kids helps children practise reading fluency and understanding. Learners read educational passages, answer questions about what they read, and review their reading pace and question results. Parents can connect a learner account to follow progress.
How reading practice works
- Read: read a short passage at your own pace or use guided word highlighting.
- Answer: answer questions about the passage.
- Review: check your understanding and reading pace, then return for another passage.
The homepage includes a playable true story with three questions, including a word discovery, and answer explanations. No sign-in is needed for the sample. The sample is not saved and does not set a learner’s level. Spelling practice and XP are additional features, not replacements for reading and understanding.
Free access and paid plans
Levels 1–10 are free to get started, with no credit card required. Pro offers paid access beyond the free levels, with monthly, annual and lifetime options. Check the current plan and checkout details before purchasing.
Learner and parent accounts
Learners practise in their own account. Parents use a separate parent account to connect a learner and view reading reports; parents do not need to do the learner’s exercises.
